Emotional Spiritual Quotient (ESQ) Training to Enhance Teachers' Resilience in the Society 5.0 Era

Pelatihan Emotional Spiritual Quotient (ESQ) bertujuan untuk meningkatkan resiliensi guru di SMP PGRI Pangkalan, Karawang dalam menghadapi tantangan era Society 5.0. Pemilihan topik ini didasarkan pada pentingnya ketahanan emosional dan spiritual bagi guru yang bekerja dalam lingkungan yang penuh dengan perubahan teknologi dan tuntutan tinggi. Metode pengabdian meliputi persiapan dan perencanaan, pelaksanaan pelatihan melalui lokakarya awal, sesi pelatihan praktis, serta pendampingan dan konsultasi. Evaluasi dilakukan sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan untuk mengukur dampaknya terhadap kemampuan pengelolaan emosi, tingkat stres, dan adaptasi teknologi para guru. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam kemampuan guru mengelola emosi dan stres, serta keterampilan dalam menggunakan teknologi untuk pembelajaran. Dengan demikian, pelatihan ESQ terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan resiliensi guru, yang berkontribusi pada kualitas pendidikan yang lebih baik di era Society 5.0. Keberlanjutan program ini didukung oleh evaluasi berkala, pengembangan modul lanjutan, dan pembentukan komunitas praktik antar guru.
