Corak Pemikiran Hukum Teologi Asy’ariyyah; Studi Pemikiran Hukum Abu Hâmid Al-Ghazâli (450 H - 505 H) Dalam Al-Mustashfâ Min ‘Ilm Al-Ushûl
The polemic related to al-Husn wa al-Qubh al-‘aqliyayn's problem has required a length between the Mu'tazilah and Ash'ariyyah camps. This polemic best graced the pages of Usul Fiqh written by scholars after Imam al-Bâqillâni. Their argument in discussing al-Husn wa al-Qubh is not much different from the discussion that has been discussed by his predecessors. The pattern of equality and answers to this problem (al-husn wa al-Qubh) change the identity (existence) as well as uphold the patterns and patterns of the Madzhab Kalam paradigm in adjusting the style of increasing jurisprudence. As an 'Asyariyyah, Abû Hâmid al-Ghazâli (d. 505) states that Usul Fiqh is qath'i, because it is related to the kalam footing which is also related to implications for the way of seeing and the status of ijtihad products. As a product of ijtihad in the zhanniyyât region, I do not sin, but the same law does not apply in the realm of qathiyyât, because ijtihad in this realm results in sin by bearing the status of kâfir. this states that every result of ijtihad is (definitely) true (Kullu Mujtahid [in] Mushîb [un] Fi Ijtihadihi). This theory was followed by the Ash'ari School (Ash'ariyyah), Mu'tazilah, including al-Ghazali and al-Bâqillani. This research focuses doctrinal which will reveal the legal doctrine of al-Ghazali in the book of al-Mustashfa Min 'Ilm al-Ushûl through analytical analysis of (1) fiqh problems, (2) schema of objects of discussion, (3) (4) opinions those approved, (5) disputed opinions, (6) diction beliefs opinions, (7) diction responded to differences of opinion, (8) areas/areas of thought. The results of this study conclude that the concept of Nazhariyyat Qath'iyyat and Zhanniyyat put forward by al-Ghazali is an effort to protect Kalam Kalam aszhari asyalah which weakens the Mu'tazilah motive, which has an impact on the issue of fiqh and language, as well as the legal paradigm of the Madzhab al-Mushawwibah refusing, closing the variety of truths (tashwîb) in areas that reject Qath'iyyat.
