However, a decrease in motivation can result in a lack of enthusiasm for learning innovation, with the impact mainly felt by students through monotonous and less varied learning. As a leader, the principal is expected to play a vital role in building and maintaining teacher motivation. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach focusing on the organizational climate and the role of the madrasa head in increasing teacher work motivation at MIN 1 Ponorogo. This research aims to determine the madrasa head’s role in increasing teacher motivation. The research results show that an excellent organizational climate, mainly through democratic leadership, positively impacts teacher performance. The risk management approach requires careful planning, implementation of appropriate policies, and active involvement of all stakeholders with open communication. The primary strategy for facing challenges in the digital era involves training teaching staff in technology, developing a curriculum integrated with digital content, and administrative risk management. As a complex environment involving various parties, schools have risks that must be managed carefully to ensure the safety and welfare of students. This research uses qualitative methods by obtaining information through interviews with one public relations staff at Al Hadi Vocational School and referring to various literature. This research aims to understand risk management and the challenges Al Hadi Vocational School faced in Bandung in the digital era. The study results show that Al-Hadi Vocational School has implemented digitalization in schools by involving all educators expected to master technology. This study is a literature review using a descriptive analysis approach. The research findings indicate that integrating Toffler and Al-Ghazali's thinking results in understanding religio-cultural transformation in the era of technological civilization. Religio-cultural transformation in technological civilization is the outcome of a synthesis of these two philosophies. The integration yields several perspectives: <em>First,</em> understanding social and technological changes. <em>Second,</em>acculturation and adaptation. <em>Third,</em> ethics and morality of technology. <em>Fourth</em>, knowledge of culture and values. <em>Fifth</em> is cross-cultural understanding; <em>sixth </em>is tolerance and harmony. Therefore, integrating Alvin Toffler and Al-Ghazali's thoughts in understanding religio-cultural transformation in the era of Technological Civilization can provide a holistic and balanced perspective. This will assist individuals, communities, and religious leaders address the challenges and opportunities arising in an increasingly connected and advanced technological society. Innovations in Islamic education, mainly through technology adoption, are crucial to providing a solid foundation for students. Integrating technology into teaching methods not only helps students understand technological developments but also assists them in instilling Islamic values while using technology. Developing a relevant and flexible curriculum becomes critical in facing globalization challenges and maintaining Islamic identity. Questions arise about how Islamic education can undergo a fundamental transformation to align Islamic teachings with the global dynamics driven by technology in the Industry 5.0 era. Additionally, how Islamic education can overcome the challenges of globalization, strengthen Islamic identity, and remain innovative by integrating technology in Industry 5.0 is a question that needs to be addressed. For this reason, through this research, the researcher aims to reveal Plato’s idealistic theory regarding the concept of education. Researchers use a qualitative descriptive approach and content analysis methods to find meaning, measure and correspond to each word and concept in the text. Researchers also attempt to describe and analyze Plato’s ideas of idealism in education. The results of this research then gave rise to the concept of position, process, goals/achievements, and stages of learning based on Plato’s ideological perspective. In the research process, this article focuses on the problems that have been formulated related to social marketing and marketing strategies implemented by Al-Fatah Islamic Boarding School. This study aims to 1) identify educational marketing strategies at Al-Fatah Islamic Boarding School and 2) analyze social marketing to improve educational strategies in a competitive era. This research method uses qualitative research developed by descriptive analysis. This study found that educational marketing carried out by Al-Fatah consisted of ten (10) types: Kyai, publications (Mass Media, Banners, Brochures, Calendars), social media (Facebook, Website, WhatsApp), community participation, and alumni. Seeing the development of education in a competitive era, pesantren leaders have responded to these conditions.
