Article Processing Charges (APCs)
History of Article Processing Charges (APC) Policy
Following the issuance of the Decree of the Director General of Higher Education, Research, and Technology, Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia Number 72/E/KPT/2024 dated April 1, 2024, Paedagogie Journal adjusted its publication fee policy as part of strengthening professional, transparent, and nationally standardized journal management.
After the enactment of the decree, the Article Processing Charges (APC) for Paedagogie Journal were set at IDR 500,000 per article.
Furthermore, in line with efforts to enhance service quality in journal management—including Open Journal Systems (OJS) administration, DOI (Digital Object Identifier) registration, manuscript similarity checking through Turnitin, and final editing and layout services—a new APC policy has been implemented starting from the July 2026 edition.
The updated Article Processing Charges (APC) are:
