Analisis Pembiayaan Bermasalah pada Bank Syariah

Dunia Perbankan merupakan suatu kelembagaan yang memiliki fungsi serta peran dalam suatu upaya pembangunan bangsa. Ketika berbicara tentang bangku syariah, mereka pasti terkait dengan istilah-istilah seperti pembiayaan dan pinjaman. Studi kasus di KCS Bank Sumut Imam Bonjol bertujuan untuk mengetahui metode penyelesaian masalah kredit di bank syariah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, yaitu mengkaji apa yang dialami subjek penelitian. Penelitian ini mengkaji KP Bank Sumut Syariah di wilayah Imam Bonjol dan menggunakan metode pengumpulan data seperti wawancara, observasi, dokumen dan studi pustaka. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa penyelesaian pembiayaan bermasalah pada bank syariah (studi kasus KCS Bank Sumut Imam Bonjol) berjalan lancar dan mampu menyelesaikan pembiayaan bermasalah. Hal ini dapat kita lihat dalam bagaimana KCS Bank Sumut Imam Bonjol telah melakukan pembenahan kalender angsuran nasabah dengan memeriksa kemampuan pembayaran, keinginan pembayaran, prospek bisnis, dan perilaku positif mereka. Selain itu juga, Pihak KCS Bank Sumut Imam Bonjol melakukan lelang terhadap agunan yang pada dasarnya suda ada kesepakatan bersama antara nasabah dengan KCS Bank Sumut Imam Bonjol tersebut.

Nahdlatul Turats: The Islamic Philology Movement in Tracing the Scholarly Network of Nusantara Scholars

This article examines the phenomenon of the revival of Islamic philology in Indonesia with the presence of Nahdlatul Turats. This was initiated by the exhibition of Syhaikhona Kholil Bangkalan's work, namely Lajnah Turats. The concept of philology in tracing the ancient manuscript works of Nusantara scholars is done contextually with subjective and objective approaches. Data collection methods with documentation and analysis methods with descriptive-analytic. The results showed that the study of Islamic philology in Indonesia with the emergence of the Nahdlatul Turats movement has the potential for the revival of Islam in Indonesia which has indicators for the transformation of classical science in the present era. The process of revealing the scientific transmission network of Nusantara scholars can also be traced in depth through the works of books or manuscripts written. Analysis of Ibn Kholdun's Ashabiyah theory in reviewing the Nahdlatul Turats movement in social solidarity can build a civilization through the spirit of mutual cooperation.

Optimalisasi Pengelolaan Zakat di Kecamatan Sedong Kabupaten Cirebon

In various cultures, the values of sharing and concern for others play a crucial role. In the context of Islam, the concept of zakat promotes social justice and well-being. This research focuses on the management of zakat in the Sedong District, Cirebon Regency, to understand its effectiveness. The study emphasizes the importance of fair recipient selection, transparency in fund utilization, and the empowerment of beneficiaries' economies. Community participation, from collection to evaluation, is key to addressing the complexity of zakat management. Involving the community can make zakat a more potent tool in reducing poverty and fostering social inclusion. This research aims to contribute to the understanding of the role of zakat in alleviating poverty and building communities in the Sedong District. The findings can be used to enhance zakat programs, making it a more effective instrument in improving well-being and social inclusion in the region.

Hikmah Larangan Mendekati Zina dalam Q.S Al-Isra’ Ayat 32 Perspektif Tafsir Al-Mishbah

What we see before our eyes and through the screen nowadays makes us very, very worried that the crime of free sex is very likely to happen to some of our family members. Why not, the current phenomenon of free sex and adultery in this country presents fantastic numbers. Initially, it was driven by lust, so that lust took control of oneself and adultery arose. In the past, adultery, which was still taboo to discuss, has now become a topic of discussion that is popular with people, considering it normal and a lawful act to do.

This research is library research, namely research whose main object is library research. The primary data source is a book of tafsir entitled Tafsir Al-Mishbah: Message, Impression and Harmony of the Al-Qur'an by M. Quraish Shihab. The interpretation methodology uses the tahlili (analytical) and maudhui' (thematic) interpretation methods.

The aims of this research are 1). Knowing Quraish Shihab's interpretation of Q.S Al-Isra' verse 32 in Tafsir Al-Mishbah. 2). Knowing the analysis of the interpretation of Al-Mishbah in Q.S Al-Isra' Verse 32 regarding Zina. 3). Knowing the implementation of education on the prohibition of approaching adultery in the present.

Based on research analysis, it can be concluded that 1). Quraish Shihab's interpretation of Q.S Al-Isra' verse 32 focuses only on explaining: First, explaining the prohibition on approaching adultery, namely the prohibition on approaching acts that could lead to adultery by explaining one of the initial factors or causes of adultery, second, explaining the bad effects of adultery. That. Quraish Shihab's interpretation of this verse, the focus of his interpretation is only explaining the factors and impacts, there is no explanation regarding prevention. 2). Analysis of Quraish Sihab's interpretation of Q.S Al-Isra' verse 32 Quraish Shihab uses the theory of munasabah. Quraish Sihab in Tafsir Al-Mishbah summarizes Surah Al-Isra' verse 32 with the verses before and after it, namely Q.S Al-Isra' verses 31 and 33, and also correlates it with 2 methods of scholarly opinion, namely Al-Biqa'i and Sayyid Quthub. The three verses above and the two scholars both discuss the impact of adultery, one of which is murder. 3). There are many educational implementations of the prohibition against adultery from a theoretical perspective today. Here the author explains an educational narrative about the problem of adultery, the focus of the education is: 1). Explain the factors that cause adultery. 2). Explain the bad effects of adultery. 3). Explaining tips to avoid adultery, and finally the ultimate goal of this research, the author explains the wisdom or urgency of the prohibition on approaching adultery.

Peranan Platform Digital Investasi dalam Mengubah Mekanisme Transaksi di Pasar Modal Syariah Indonesia

Teknologi sudah merambat ke seluruh sektor keuangan, dari pengumpulan dana (investasi) hingga penyaluran dana (pembiayaan). Dalam sektor investasi, fintech berperan penting dalam memfasilitasi dan memudahkan transaksi di pasar modal syariah Indonesia. Salah satu aspek terpenting dari peran fintech dalam pasar modal syariah adalah kemampuannya untuk menyediakan platform transaksi yang efisien dan mudah digunakan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan untuk mendiskripsikan mekanisme transaksi investasi online saat ini dengan menganalisis data-data mengenai platform digital investasi yang peneliti kumpulkan dari buku, jurnal dan website. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan jenis penelitian studi pustaka. Data primer yang sesuai dengan topik penelitian, peneliti kumpulkan kemudian dianalisis dengan pendekatan analisis deskriptif, sehingga menghasilkan gambaran tentang topik tersebut. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa mekanisme transaksi investasi di pasar modal syariah berubah dan semakin mudah, dari yang awalnya dilakukan secara offline menjadi online. Dari pendaftaran, pengisian saldo RDN, pembelian efek, penjualan efek hingga pencairan dana semua dilakukan secara online melalui platform digital investasi.

Akuntabilitas Proses Sertifikasi Halal Berbasis Self Declare pada Halal Center Universitas Trunojoyo Madura

Self Declare merupakan pernyataan produk halal dari pelaku usaha yang akan dibawa ke sidang fatwa untuk memperoleh penetapan halal yang akan menjadi landasan bagi BPJPH untuk mengeluarkan sertifikat halal. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana akuntabilitas proses sertifikasi halal pada skema Self Declare pada halal center Universitas Trunojoyo Madura. Penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian dengan pendekatan kualitatif serta jenis penelitian deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pada dimensi akuntabilitas hukum dan kejujuran, manajerial, akuntabilitas program, akuntabilitas kebijakan serta akuntabilitas finansial telah dikatakan memadai dan terpenuhi karena beberapa hal yaitu: pada pengelolaan sertifikasi Self Declare pada halal center UTM sudah terbilang cukup efektif dan efisien untuk memberikan informasi serta pembagian tugas yang jelas dalam pekerjaan serta kejujuran para pendamping maupun pelaku usaha yang didampingi, lalu dalam pengelolaan halal center UTM terdapat program sertifikasi halal gratis (Sehati) untuk kategori Self Declare yang menjadi program prioritas dalam halal center. Kemudian hasil dari tujuan kebijakan izin mendirikan halal center ini adalah membuat halal center menjadi lembaga pemeriksa halal yang amanah serta istiqomah dalam melayani masyarakat Indonesia sehingga memiliki dampak positif seperti meningkatkan perekonomian para pendamping serta pelaku usaha itu sendiri.
